She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Levan and Edith Reed Fisher; and her granddaughter Aurie. She is survived by: her husband Rodney L. Betz, Sr.; her children, Kendra Perry (Dan Miller) of Johnstown, Rodney Jr. (Cindy Betz) of Pine Grove, David "Jay" (Kelly Hunkapiller) of Pine Grove and Sandra Betz of Pine Grove; her grandchildren, Kara, Ethan, Emily, Angelo, Jeremy, Olivia, Rodney Allen, Sonny and Solana; and her siblings, Wesley (Sally Levan), Marlin Sr. (Deb Levan) and Sandra (late Eugene "Honker" Zerbe) of Pine Grove. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Fresh Start Animal Rescue League, P.O. Box 96, Friedensburg, Pa. 17933 in her memory.
