She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Moody and Eva Moody; her former husband John Aaron Goines, Sr.; her husband Walter J. Kogut; and her daughter Dianne Goines.
She is survived by: her sons, John Goines, Jr. of Pine Grove and David Goines Sr. (Gerri) of Cressona; and her grandchildren, Scott Goines of Mar Lin, Daniel Goines of Wesley Chapel, FL, David Goines, Jr. of Pompano Beach, FL, Stacey Goines of Schuylkill Haven and Erin Goines of Columbia. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Salvation Army, 2211 East Cumberland St., Lebanon, Pa. 17042 in her memory.
