With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J. Schwartz of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 27, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Bettinger and Kathleen Stein Bettinger; and her husband Gerald G. Schwartz. She is survived by: her children, Heather Funk of Harrisburg and Gerald (Stacy Schwartz) of Minersville; and her grandchildren, Brendan Funk, Lauren Funk, Nathan Schwartz and Bryce Schwartz.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to Fresh Start Animal Rescue League, P. O. Box 96, Friedensburg, PA 17933 in her memory.
