He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony S. Gurski and Helen Zulick Gurski Razzi; his siblings, Charles Gurski and Gladys Gehrig; and his granddaughter Alicia Gursky.
He is survived by: his stepfather Anthony Razzi; his wife Jeannie L. Luedtke Gurski; and his children, Anthony Gurski, Jr. (Margaret) of Pine Grove, Scot Gurski (Robin) of Pine Grove, Michael Gurski (Denise) of Franklin, NJ, Cindy Sims (Rod) of Schuylkill Haven and Kathy Quick (Ivan Jr.) of Ashland. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
