Alvarette Owens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvarette Owens of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 19, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leininger and Sally Starr Leininger; her husband Edward E. Owens, Sr.; her son-in-law Dan Bradley; and her brothers, William, Charles, Earl, Theodore, Robert and Albert Leininger.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Bradley of Fernandina Beach, FL, Edward Jr. (Frances Owens) of Milton, DE and Brent Owens of Pine Grove; her grandchildren, Kelly Owens, Kerri Owens (John Fortunato), Pam Owens and Scott Bradley (Deborah); her great grandchildren, Alex, Robby, Kristen and Tomas; and her great great grandchild Makenna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 68, Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in her memory.
