She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Reichert and Beulah Hubler Reichert; her husband Lester I. Kimmel; her children, Melvin C. Reichert, Sr. and Tonya T. Novack; and her siblings, Garfield G., Charles, Morris, John Reichert, Orzaba Wolfe, Irene Kimmel and Sevilla Doll Stine.
She is survived by: her sons, Kim (Andrea Kimmel) of Pine Grove and Lanny (Patti Kimmel) of Schuylkill Haven; her grandchildren, Shawn Kimmel, Amie Kimmel, Torie Fisher, Kyle Novack, Jesse Kimmel, Cody Kimmel, Melvin Reichert, Jr. and Tracy Staller; and her sister Emily Hoover of Pine Grove. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church General Fund, 312 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in her memory.
