She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Bixler and Minnie E Bixler (Rothermel); her husband Lester Ray Welker; her son Douglas Ray Welker; her brothers, Bryant L. and Bruce L. Bixler; and her close friend Donald Bucher.
She is survived by: her children, Alice Troutman (Kenneth) of Montoursville, Dennis L. Welker (Joanne Hughes) of Tucson, AZ and David L. Welker (Marge) of Klingersown; her daughter-in-law Shirley Welker; her sister-in-law Hannah Klinger of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Sheila, Matthew Troutman, Emily Romberger, Heather Smith, Martin Welker, Kayla and Marah Welker; and her great grandchildren, Lila, Zayne, Mason, Kade and Toby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
