She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis L. Higgins of Phoenixville, PA; her parents, Patrick Quinn and Helene Quinn (Coyne); her son Thomas J. Higgins; and her siblings, Mary Romano, Elizabeth Love, Gertrude Gallagher, Alice Boyle, Helene Eliff, Sr., Assumpta and James Quinn, Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Francis Higgins (Susan), Maryanne Elly (Don), Patrick Higgins (Rita) and James Higgins (Kristin); her grandchildren, Katie, Jenny, Maggie, Erica, Danny, Stephanie, Ryan, Hailie and Aidan; and her sister-in-law Lorraine Quinn. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
