We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2023, at the age of 79, William N. Barlow of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William N. Barlow to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel V. Barlow and Minnie Barlow (McCullough); and his sister Maryann Fogal. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Barlow (Hill); his daughter Cynthia Barlow; his sister Barbara Anthony; and his close friend Joseph Gianotti. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or the Phoenixville Senior Center at 153 Church Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460 During this time of remembrance, let us celebrate the life and legacy of Bill Barlow, a compassionate soul who touched the hearts of all who knew him.
