He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Chomiak, Sr. and Stella N. Chomiak (Kozacheson). He is survived by: his wife Susan E. Porter (Ponis) of Spring City, PA; his sister Nancy Chomiak; his daughter Korrine Porter-Day (Jeremy); and his grandsons, Duke and Dean Day.
