He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Thomas R. McCabe (Marleen) of Burke, Patricia Davis (David Bennett) of Springfield and Maureen "Sally" McCabe (Stanley Pokras) of Philadelphia; and his foster son Michael Ayres (Margaret) of Norristown. He was also cherished by four grandchildren, four foster grandchildren, and a great grandson.
