She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Chuko and Danielle T. Wallace-Bauer. She is survived by: her daughter Anya Coleman; her siblings, Brianne, Mary, John Chuko, Jr., Significant and Nicholas Kile; her uncles, Joseph Wallace, Paul, David and Michael Chuko; and her aunt Kathy Wallace-Hitner.
