It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Keegan (Phoenixville, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 9, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry F. Sullivan and Martha P. Sullivan (Carpenter); and her siblings, Henry C. Sullivan and Phyllis A. Mills. She is survived by: her husband Joseph M. Keegan of Phoenixville, PA; and her children, Sheila M. Keegan, Michael J. (Kim Keegan), Christopher J. (Audrey Keegan) and Patricia E. Keegan (David Biddison). She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren.
