She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Harry Spatzer, Jeanne Spatzer, Catherine Payne and Barbara Schafer; and her uncle Tommy Schafer.
She is survived by: her parents, Sarah Perles (Spatzer) and Daniel Schafer; her stepfather Gregory Perles, Sr. (Sarah); her children, Maliyah Warren and Adrian Schafer; her brother James Mack; her stepsiblings, Danielle Kinney and Gregory Perles, Jr.; her boyfriend Daniel Handzel; her aunts, Catherine Spatzer, Cynthia Lockwood, Susan Leonard, Barbara Jungers and Nancy Schafer; her uncle Hank Spatzer; and her niece Falynn.
