Sara Patterson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Patterson (Phoenixville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert MacAdam and Mary MacAdam (Moses); and her son Ronald Peters. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Peters, James Patterson, Jr., Noel Lopez, Dolores Smoyer and Colleen Patterson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
