He was predeceased by: his spouse Virginia C. Sipe (Gilpin) of Phoenixville, PA; his parent Russell H.; his daughter Lee Sipe; his siblings, John Albright, Ronald E. Sipe and Nancy E. Lehigh; and also Ellen Sipe.
He is survived by: his parent Margaret T. Sipe (Foller); his granddaughter Chelsey L. Sipe (Manny O'Toole) of Frederick, PA; and his siblings, Terry W. Sipe (Debra) of Hummelstown, PA and Gail E. Partington of Alexander.
