He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Hughes and Margaret Vizzard Hughes. He is survived by: his children, Lisa O'Neil (Christopher), Amy Curran (David) and Philip Hughes; his grandchildren, C. J., Kate, David, Sean, Bobby and Matthew; and his brother Francis Hughes.
