He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry McDaniel and Thelma McDaniel (Schutt); his grandson Michael; and his siblings, Charles, May, William, Edward, Joyce, Louise and Harry.
He is survived by: his wife Marian Batzel McDaniel (Batzel); and his daughters, Andrea (Joe), Denise (Glenn) and Paula. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
