He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Himes (Minoski) and Ralph A. Himes, Sr.. He is survived by: his former wife Charlotte Himes of Exton; and his sisters, Diane Hinkle (Glenn) of Spring City, Dorothy Smith of Reading and Mary Ellen Suhosky (Wally).

Donations in his memory can be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation (garysinisefoundation.org) to help those suffering from PTSD.
