She is survived by: her husband Joseph M. Kurylak of Phoenixville, PA; her sons, Christopher (Ruth Kurylak), Michael (Jan Kurylak), P. J. (Donna Kurylak) and Robert Kurylak; her grandchildren, Alex, Matthew, John and Taliah; and her great grandchildren, Matthew, Oliver and Cyler.
