He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas J. Foresta and Marie Foresta (Sciallo); and his brother Nicholas J. Foresta, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Michael A. Foresta, Jr.; his granddaughter Kalissa Levengood; and his brother Ronald Foresta.
