It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marissa Sautner (Phoenixville, Pennsylvania), born in Abington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 13, 2019, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, George Sautner and Janice Sautner (Zawislak); and her sisters, Bridget and Allison. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers for donations to be made to Marissa Jean Sautner's Dance Scholarship Fund.

“I don’t know if this means anything or if anyone will even see this, but I barely even knew Marissa, I had seen her around campus enough to know her name, but we weren’t really friends. I just remember seeing that she was a truly kind and caring person, and I remember her bright smile, and her using it to cheer up the people around her. It broke my heart to discover that she’s no longer with us, it’s a true tragedy. Even though our paths only briefly crossed, I’ll never forget her, RIP Marissa.”
