She was predeceased by: her husband Stefan Melnyk; and her parents, Stach Cholodniuk and Justina Cholodniuk (Kowalchuk). She is survived by: her children, Luba (late Michael Belcak), Justine (Etienne Kunderewicz), Raymond (Sally Melnyk) and Anna (Chuck Allen); her grandchildren, Michael, Larisa (Colin), Stephen (Angie), Nancy (Brandon), Sara (Matt) and Will; and her great grandchildren, Mikey, Sadie, Norah and Simon.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 372 Emmett Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
