He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry R. Waller and Bengie Lou Coles Waller. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Anne Martin (Richard Sr.) of Phoenixville, PA; and his siblings, Pete Waller of Phoenixville, PA, Larry Waller of Norristown, PA and Verna Waller Jackson of Spring City, PA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great grandson.
