It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen B. Matta (Phoenixville, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Bernadette Matta of Phoenixville; her son Tobius "Toby" Q. Ford; her brother Michael Matta; her nephews, Gavin and Evan; and her niece Ava of Phoenixville. She was also cherished by many cousins, aunts and uncle.
