(Karyn), Michael (Claudia), Robert (Caryn), Susan Opielski (Michael) and Steven (Lynne); her grandchildren, Katherine, Steven, Sophia, Aidan, Ryan, Nick (Brandi), Gianna, Luke, Sarah, Vincent, Joseph and Alex; her brother Gerard Smith (Fran); her sisters-in-law, Elaine and Kathy; and her nieces and nephews, James Smith Jr. Born and Philadelphia. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
