She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Farrenkopf and Julia Farrenkopf (Tenney); her daughter Mary Beth; her former husband David H. Meadows; and her close friends, Lewis S. Beers II of King and Thomas J. Boyer of Phoenixville.
She is survived by: her sons, David B Meadows (Susan) of Phoenixville, Gary A Meadows (Martha) of Spring City and Ronald J Meadows (Linda) of Pottstown; her grandsons, David J. Meadows (Beth) of Phoenixville, Bryan P. Meadows (Kristin) of Phoenixville and Dalton J. Meadows of Pottstown; and her great grandchildren, David M of Phoenixville, Joey of Phoenixville, Matthew of Phoenixville, Danny of Phoenixville, Brianna of Phoenixville, Julia of Phoenixville and Bobby Meadows of Phoenixville.
She was an active member of the Phoenixville Area Senior Center and could be found playing cards there several days a week prior to COVID.
