It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann MacDougal (Phoenixville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Barto and Viola Philipanics (Lightman); her stepfather Michael Philipanics; and her brother Michael Philipanics, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Thomas MacDougal, IV and Melissa Albright.
