He is survived by: his spouse Joan Ann Quinn (Ruch) of Phoenixville, PA; his parent Mary Quinn; and his sons, Joseph Kullman (Terri), Kyle Quinn (Jennifer Kircher), Craig Quinn (Tonia) and Christopher Quinn.
