He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Lukowski, Sr. and Jennie Lukowski (Strzalkowski). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lukowski (Rogalski) of West Norriton; his children, John R. Lukowski (Denise) of Phoenixville, Adrienne Burnheimer (Dan) of Pottstown and Mike Lukowski (Lori) of Earlville; his sister Marie Brzozowski of East Norriton; his niece Susan Brzozowski; and his grandchildren, John Jr., Sean, Ethan and Ava.
