He was predeceased by: his wife Katrina M. Keithley (Hartmann) of North Coventry; and his parents, John Keithley and Frederica Keithley (VanderHeide). He is survived by: his son Jesse Keithley (Nicole Tilman); his siblings, Noreen (Brian Williams) and Robert Keithley; his sister-in-law Celine (Jim Labik); his nieces and nephews, Dominic Keithley, Theresa Keithley, Wyatt Williams, Virgil Williams, Taryn (Dave Felker), Kacie (Gary Interiono), Sam (Dylan Labik), Jim Labik, Brynna Labik, Tim Labik and Mark Labik; and also, Iris and Olivia.
