He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Gething and Marjorie Gething (Moulder); his son Adam Gething; and his parents-in-law, John and Jean Furda (McAleer).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Gething (Furda) of Phoenixville, PA; his children, Anne-Marie Gething and John Christopher Gething; his grandchildren, Mikayla and Michael Gething; and his siblings, Lori McGee and Jerry (Diane Gething). He is also survived by other sister. 5 nephews, 1 niece, and many family and friends.
