He was predeceased by: his parent John J. Dzuryachko; and his sisters, Kathleen Murphy and Irene Thornton (Tex). He is survived by: his spouse Sandra X. Dzuryachko (Costira) of Phoenixville, PA; his parent Catherine Dzuryachko (Guman); his children, Jacqueline (Anthony Sierzega) and John Dzuryachko; his grandchildren, Anthony, Alison and Daniel; and his spouse Michelle Costira.
