He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marion; his sons, James (Roberta), Jack (Liz) and Robert (Karen); his stepchildren, Jesse (Jane), Denise (Phil) and Brenda (Jon); his grandchildren, Rachel, Alex, Josh, Jesse and Jenna; his stepgrandchildren, Kevin, Scott (Nikki), Kimberly, Erin, Jeffrey and Megan; his great grandchildren, Bradley and Elliot; and his former wife Helen Weiss Goodman.
