She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Moore and Katherine Moore (Lancaster); and her brother Thomas F. Moore. She is survived by: her husband Edward J. Farrell; her children, Breege A. Farrell, Julia F. Hurle (Mark), John L. Farrell and Thomas E. Farrell (Genevieve Kocienda); her grandchildren, Katherine G. Farrell, Emma J. Farrell, Robert J. Farrell, Kimberly E. Farrell, Joan C. Hurle and Jason M. L. Hurle; and her sister Anne M. Moore. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
