She is survived by: her husband Harry Challingsworth; and her children, Michael Eitl (Evelyn) of Oaks, PA, Craig Eitl (Peg) of Skippack, PA, Cheri Pearson of Norristown, PA, Kathy Hackman of Phoenixville and Lynn Hefferan of Norristown. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews.
