Howard of Phoenixville, PA; his children, Leigh (Gilbert) and Jeffrey Mackey (Erin Devitt Mackey); his grandchildren, Lexi Thompson, Mckenzi Thompson, Ty Thompson, Atticus Mackey and Henry Mackey; his sisters, Dorothy Dye, Jean Marie Schwartz and Deborah Mackey; his nephews, Mathew Dye, Gregory Dye, Bryan Schwartz and Joseph Schwartz; and his niece Sarah Sutton.
