He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene M. (Austin) of Phoenixville, PA; his parents, Michael Pufko and Susan Pufko (Labik); his children, Keith Pufko, Debra Pufko, Beth Ann (Brian Dieter), Linda Wagner, Denise (Jason Ortlip) and James Pufko, Jr. (Adina Pufko); his siblings, Michael Pufko and Susanne (John Huster); his grandson VJ Galli; and his sister Joanne Faulkner.
