She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Jacob; her parents, Michael G. Putz and Anna Putz (Mogilski); and her siblings, Joan Gardner and Ted Mogilski.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen (Craig Billman) and John M. (Patty Jacob); her grandchildren, Bridget Billman, Craig M. (Joann Billman), John D. (Brooke Jacob), Cara (Justin Mowles), Michelle (David Stradley), Emily McMichael and Nathan McMichael; and her great grandchildren, Anna, John, Ella, Lauren, Eden, Brinley, Ava, Oliver, Leihum, Trip, Anderson and Logan.
