He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Troxel (Jones); his parents, Dorothy Troxel (Noll) and Frank J. Troxel, Sr.; and his sister Martina Daley (Troxel). He is survived by: his children, Kyle, Cameron, Victoria, Richard, Frank, Patricia and Barbara. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, his request is for donations to be given to Zion Spies Lutheran Church, 310 Spies Church Rd, Reading, PA 19606.
