He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Tokarski (Joe Obermeier), Thomas (Cindy Welsh), Richard (Theresa Welsh) and Daniel (Linda Welsh); his brother Henry Welsh; and his sister-in-law Annamay Porchik. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren. 7 Great-grandchildren.
