She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick A. White, Sr. of Phoenixville, PA; her parents, Robert W. Cook and Olive N. Cook (Evans); and her sister Dorothy Walker. She is survived by: her children, Frederick A. "Fritz" White, Jr and Holly A. (Eric Fink); and her grandchildren, Peter, David and Melissa.
