He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Stepp and Ruth Stepp (Reiner). He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Stepp (Hefelfinger) of Phoenixville, PA; his children, MaryEllen Bicer (David), Earl Stepp (Kathy) and Cindy Foulds; his grandchildren, Michelle, Matthew, Nicole, Miranda, Earl, Brett and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Maddison and Wyatt.
