She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Boenisch and Leona Boenisch; her husband Max L. Vorauer; her son Walter A. Vorauer; and her daughter-in-law Judy Vorauer.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert [Bob] M. Vorauer (Cindy), Herbert W. Vorauer (Joan) and Michael P. Vorauer (Jason Kirkpatrick); and her grandchildren, Heather Weidenbach, Hollye Colbert, Michele Arceo, Brian Vorauer, Nicholas Vorauer, Melaney Bravo and Nicolette Albert. She is also survived by 16 Great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be given in her memory to the Fredericksburg Police Department Foundation Fund, (fpdfund.org), or to St. Mary's Catholic School or a charity of their choice.
