With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy S. Gausch of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 23, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul L. Gausch of Phoenixville, PA; her parents, John Sikorski and Rose Sikorski (Hawrylko); and her sister Gerry Pastelak. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen P. (Sharon D. Gausch) and Michael A. Gausch; her grandchildren, Kirsten (Brock Allen), Hunter Gausch, Tyler Gausch and Lucas Gausch; and her siblings, William (Kathy Sikorski) and Joanne Diedrich.
