He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Dixon Collins and Louise M. Boyd. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Donald Collins and Michael Robert Collins.
He was a proud graduate of West Chester University and Cabrini College and went on to become Executive Director of the Garrette Williamson Foundation and thereafter a successful stock broker.
