She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony J. Reale, Sr.; her parents, Albert L. Jahn, Sr. and Mary Lees Jahn; her sons, Anthony J Reale, Jr. and Gregory S. Reale; her grandson Collin P. Trabocco; and her siblings, Albert L. Jahn, Jr. and Agnes L. Tindall.
She is survived by: her children, Mark A. Reale (Beatrice) of Downingtown, Rachel L. Reale Adams (Walter) of South Philadelphia and Heather M. Reale (Harry, Sr.) of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Jenna Reale Sharpless (Matthew) of Phoenixville, Ariana, Annalisa, Alana, Dylan, Briana, Anthony, Bruce, Samantha, Harry and Bonnie. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
