We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2023, at the age of 94, Barbara E. Chapay of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Chapay of Phoenixville, PA; and her parents, Russel Volpe and Thelma Volpe (Isett). She is survived by: her daughter Diane M. (Joseph J. Fratantoni) of Spring City; her grandsons, Joseph T. of Peru and Anthony J. Fratantoni of Limerick; and her great grandchildren, Briella M. and Vincent J. Fratantoni.
