Martellucci (Hoffmann) of Phoenixville, PA; his parents, Luigi Martellucci and Maria Martellucci (Ciano); his children, Stephen (Amanda Martellucci), Michael Martellucci, Thomas (Karen Martellucci) and Diane (Martellucci); his grandchildren, Katama, Zachary, Ellen, Evan, Anthony, Anna, Matthew, Kelly, Jake, Tyler and Paulina; and his siblings, Sue Gochal and Pat Martellucci.
