She was predeceased by: her husband Donald L. Webb, Sr. of Phoenixville, PA; her parents, Mahlon K. Miller, Sr. and Katherine Miller (Ullman); her daughter Donna Amy Webb; and her siblings, Jane Freeman, Lewis Miller, Mahlon "Chuck" Miller and Winfield "Fieldy" Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Susan (Brian Bodick, Sr.), Patricia (Melvin Sipes), Judith (Larry Geer) and Donald Webb Jr. (Karen Webb); her grandchildren, Brian Jr., Diane, Holly, Amy, Jenna, Lawren, Chase, Jordan and Kylie; and her great grandchildren, Hadley, Colin, Maximus, Austin, Nora, Brendan, Connor and Mason.
